Navagraha shanti

नवग्रह शांति पूजा

The rite

Navagraha shanti anusthan worships Surya, Chandra, Mangal, Budh, Brihaspati, Shukra, Shani, Rahu, and Ketu at your Bengaluru home with jap and havan. It is the longer nine-graha program, not the short navagraha puja on the pooja list. Families book when they want all grahas honoured in one structured series; this page does not interpret your chart or predict dasha results.

Time at the house: Often one long day with havan; some families spread jap across two or three mornings

Pandit Mrityunjay Sharma performs this as a home visit in Bengaluru and nearby towns within about one hundred kilometres. Share your area, gate access, and preferred slot on WhatsApp; the samagri list is sent before the day. This page does not list fees or promise worldly results.

Why families book it

A single navagraha series at home avoids splitting nine separate temple trips during a busy move or wedding season. Each graha receives its colour, grain, and flower in the order the pandit follows, while yajmanas sit in one place.

Griha pravesh weeks sometimes add navagraha shanti as its own visit rather than folding everything into one exhausted day. Worship balances intention across grahas; it does not promise property value, salary, or health outcomes.

When families ask

  • After griha pravesh when elders want nine-graha shanti as a dedicated visit
  • Before starting a shop when the family names full navagraha shanti
  • When jyotish advice elsewhere mentioned graha shanti and you only need the house rite
  • During year-beginning prayer weeks in January or after Diwali cleaning
  • When children’s weddings need a calm navagraha day separate from mehendi noise

Days, jap, and havan

One-day format: morning sankalp, nine-graha puja sequence, then havan before lunch. Two-day format: jap or partial puja on day one, havan and aarti on day two. Three-day format is used when health or office hours require shorter sittings.

Name whether all nine need havan ahuti or a condensed archana with fire on the final graha. Samagri includes nine small cloths or grains as the WhatsApp list describes; the pandit does not bring a chart printout to the visit.

Navagraha worship addresses the traditional nine grahas as devatas in the fire and mantra, not as a software horoscope. If you need placement analysis, book a jyotish page; here you schedule only the shanti anusthan.
